Cancellation policy

The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement,

without naming a new tenant, the following pro rata rents are to be paid as compensation

pay if alternative letting is not possible:

resignation

- up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 150,00€ of the rental price

- 59 to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

-from 30 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price

- from the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

The statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
